Fly tipping in bin.

Specific individuals use this bin for their household waste - fly tipping. It is unsightly and unfair - they have a refuse bin at their homes but decide to use the bin on Rad Valley Road adjacent to the Chinese takeaway as their personal bin instead. It’s egregious behaviour. This has been an ongoing issue for years; however, recently, the bin has started to overflow, and it isn’t stopping people - it’s disgusting because it could comprise anything. Considering the bin is near a food establishment, people should have more foresight.
