Damaged bollard, safety railing and street lamp

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14108017.

The safety railing and street lamp at the Gaskell corner were damaged several months ago and have still not been repaired. The cover on the lighting bollard is not fixed to the base and can be lifted off, revealing the electrics. Earlier today it was lying on the ground and has just been set back, just resting on its base.
