Ongoing flooding issues

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14107956.

Outside of Coton Oaks the drains are blocked and go into a soakaway on land at the coton oaks property that now can't cope with the volume of water. There was no agreement that this land should have a soakaway in it and council must be in possession of document of the agreement.
