Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14107741.

There is a disgraceful amount of litter/rubbish (including council bollards) on the verges of all the roads surrounding Shrewsbury. It makes our town look so dirty and neglected. Isn’t it time for a clear up operation? I pick up litter on our lanes but couldn’t manage all the roads!
