Lots of dog mess left by owners

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14107644.

For a long time witness dog owners not clearing their dogs mess up on the street. Offence mainly happens at night and on the playfield clause by. Some dog mess has worms visible in it.
