Very large pothole dangerous to cyclists

When going down Lower Lane towards Wistanstow, the bottom of the steep sided downhill incline has, for a 20m stretch, a series of potholes. One is very large (2m) and about 4-5" deep. This area of road is dangerous to cyclists and harmful to car tyres. It is getting deeper and wider. It has been present for many months and is deteriorating rapidly.
