This bird mess is still present and growing. If and when will it be tackled please, because it requires addressing asap, not waiting until the next decade to be removed. Thank you.

It is now almost April and this problem has still not been actioned and it's getting bigger, this is what happens when SC do t deal with problems that are reported. Star Housing has been informed, but the tree cannot be trimmed as suggested recently but a SC employee. The pavement comes under Highways and is SC responsibility.
