Dangerously big pot holes
Reported via desktop in the Carriageway pothole category anonymously at 11:31, Wed 18 January 2023
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14105041.
There are a number of dangerously big pot holes on some key b roads in S Shropshire. The road from the A49 through Longnor to Acton Burnell is one of the only ways to access from the south. Without this road you have to go through Shrewsbury, increasing congestion there. Farm vehicles and poor drainage have left massive holes on the side and centre in a number of places. There are 2 schools, daily coaches and a public bus taking this route. Your urgent attention is appreciated. Cyclists will be deterred travelling through shropshire if country roads are not well maintained. This will adversely affect the local economy.

Photos of potholes on the road from Longnor Primary school towards Frodesley. I note that a couple of the holes are already marked for repair (square box painted around the hole), these marks have been in place for some time without any repair taking place. Very bad for car and especially for cyclists (of which I am one).
