Manhole cover broken and unstable

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14104865.

This manhole has 2 triangular covers one of which is broken causing the covers to not lie horizontally on the manhole frame. The whole assembly is below the level of the surrounding tarmac road surface and in need of being brought back into a stable condition. This issue has been in this condition for a number of weeks.
