Hedges growing over cycle path

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14102954.

The hedges alongside the cycle path from Kirkwood Court past Coldridge Drive as far as Reedham Road are overgrown. The cycle path has also not been swept since last autumn and is covered in a layer of rotting leaves which are slippery underfoot. A 78-year-old resident of Coldridge Drive has had to prune the ivy and holly hedges himself, he should not have to do this, can it be done now and put on a regular schedule? I also suggest this cycle path is swept every few months.
