Flooding every time it rains at the end of the drive

This standing water doesn’t drain away … it was patched about a year ago, but it hasn’t resolved the lack of drainage… if a car goes it as your walking past you get soaked. It has been like this for at least 3 years. Outside 5 Soulton Road, Wem SY4 5HR
