Gritting needed between Hanwood Road and Mytton Oak Road

Reported via desktop in the Treatment request carriageway category anonymously at 12:51, Fri 9 December 2022

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14101961.

Due to the new school being developed on Squinter Pip Way, there is an urgent need to review the route of Gritting. If a Gritter route could be adjusted to drive through the Bowbrook Meadows estate (so onto Red Deer Road from Hanwood Road, along Squinter Pip Way to meet up with Mytton Oak Road) it would be gratefully appreciated. Currently the development of the new school is causing the road to be very muddy and although regular street cleaning is in place this is not complemented by gritting. So in this freezing weather the roads are being cleaned with water late in the afternoon meaning it is freezing and causing difficult driving conditions.
