Numerous potholes causing surface issue

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14101743.

Poorly repaired potholes causing a surface issue, I spoke to someone from Shropshire Council moths ago who assured me the area would be resurfaced with the multihog - we got 1 bloke with a bit of tarmac and a shovel, you really can't tell any repairs have been made it's that poor.
