Streetlight not working.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14101535.

The street light at the top of Soulton Crescent, Wem (it has a much faded I.D. number of what looks like ‘Z4’) is not working, resulting in this area being extremely dark. I am unsure as to how long it’s been this way as I was only told about it yesterday, and inspected it last night.

  • I checked this light last night and, whilst I can see a nice new LED lamp has been fitted, it wasn’t actually working! Perhaps the timing/ light-level sensor is at fault but, either way, the ‘fix hasn’t worked. Please log another call.
