Light never on

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14101097.

It's understood this light is meant to be off from midnight to 05.30, this one never comes on at all.

    This light works fine. No idea why it's been reported otherwise. I live opposite this light and it's on now

    Oh no it isn’t!!! The photo is of light number 1 on Sandiway I.e. not the subject of this report. The subject light no 6 is on the opposite side of the street, not the light in the tree!! I know the photo is in daytime but light no 6 is broken.
