Trip hazard at access point

Reported via Android in the Footway surface problem category anonymously at 08:49, Fri 25 November 2022

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14100934.

The Tarmac has started to break up around the access point outside number 22 Coldridge Drive. The metalwork is exposed and higher than the surrounding pathway, which is well used. A few streetlights around the area are also not working, which may affect the visibility of the trip hazard at night.
