  • The flood went down a little yesterday morning but as soon as it rained again in the middle of the day it was overflowing down our drive and into our garage again. We are fed up of the this my husband is 85 years old and is fighting a losing battle with sandbags and digging gullies to divert the flood which flows down our drive from the road.

  • The road has been flooded since New Year’s Eve. The flood signs are not fit for purpose and had fallen apart within days. . This poor van driver did not realise the verge is worse than the road. We are still waiting for action! Please.

  • The flooded went down after it stopped raining in January and as we had total of only 6 mm in February the situation remained normal. However, since the recent snow melted and a further 26mm of rain fell in the last 3 days, the road has become flooded once again as before. Our property is flooded. We are still waiting for action.
