Inconsiderate Contractors

In the last 5 months we have had numerous road traffic measures added at the bottom of our road to cater for a fibre install. This has come to a point of absolute desperation now as it is constant road reworks. Digging up the road, putting it back and digging it up again must have happened at least 4 times with traffic lights across our driveway. The latest is rubbish left by the contractors behind the newly installed cable unit that was supposed to be green! we have also reported this through to the council as yet nothing has changed. I also have footage this morning of a Highways van sitting over the grass area blasting music: registration: KW20 UCD. I asked them to turn it down and they laughed at me. I want to know how much more work is expected to happen here? how many more times do we have to put up with this? why can they not take their rubbish away? Why do we still have an eyesore of a grey cable cage on the end of this road? Bottom edge of Ridgebourne Road.
