The two vehicles parked on the Kerb prevented the Refuse Collection Vehicle to pass through.

We live opposite the hospital and we have a problem of people using the road as the Hospital Car Park. There is one sign at the entrance to the estate which states no Hospital Parking. This isn't sufficient as people choose to ignore it at worst or just don't see it at best. This has been happening for the 10 years we have lived here, being really clear, I'm not laying blame at these two cars as it's been too many to mention over the years. It was just that this morning the refuse chap had to get my wife up to move our car. He was very polite and friendly and understood the problem. My ultimate fear is Fire Engines and Ambulances won't be able to get through when needed. Thanks
