Damage to Footpath by Utilities Contractor

Reported via desktop in the Footway surface problem category anonymously at 17:46, Thu 27 October 2022

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14098897.

YET AGAIN I am reporting issues with the footpath. THIS is my 8th attempt to get SHROPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL to do something about the footpaths in the area where I live. AGAIN PLEASE NOTE the problems with the footpaths are making things uncomfortable for a wheelchair user. IN this location recent work by a Utilities Company have left the footpath with a structure that is dipping and cracking.

  • Previous issue with damaged footpath has not been repaired. The place dug up by contractors has sunk further and now has coarse grass growing out of the cracks. This is still causing problems for wheelchair user.
