12x4 pothole in gutter

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14097757.

Reported numerous times over many years by many residents .Water issuing from road surface running down gutter and creating further potholes further down road .Severn Trent person attended and states that this is a Council problem although there is a water supply issue nearby which is being investigated .As winter approaches frost in this location is a danger to the many pedestrians who use this footpath.Nothing has been done and no communication has been received from yourselves regarding previous reports so now resorting to involve local Council .PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND
