Two further near misses exiting Ashford Drive in the last two days, due to no signal control for traffic entering and exiting Ashford Drive and no 'joining traffic not signal controlled' signs. On both occasions despite following through last of the batch of traffic cars started driving towards me from the other end of the traffic lights. Please make the lights three ways or at the very least warn those on a488 that non signal controlled traffic is joining the road.

Another near miss. Now that the bus stop has been fenced off it has been full for the last few days with large construction vehicles. These completely block the view of oncoming eastbound traffic for anyone trying to turn out of Ashford Drive. It is no longer possible to see whether there is any traffic coming from the Minsterley direction. Again, we need 3 way lights as a matter of urgency. The new signs warn us of traffic but we need to be able to turn safely out of our road. When the traffic lights were first installed, before they were taken away, we had three way lights. Why not now, please? This needs someone from the council to come out, drive into Ashford Way and round to Ashford Drive in a normal small hatchback to check (not the survey vehicle or a 4x4 which might be able to have more of a view over the new compound area). If I had a dashcam I would happily upload footage to show you the danger. Next time I have a passenger with me I'll ask them to take a photograph from as close to my eye line in the driver's seat as is safe.
