Over grown trees damaging fences etc

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14095233.

Any chance someone could actually contact me I sent photos etc in July tried calling council unable to talk to anyone dealing with this I have been trying to get trees topped for 18 YEARS !!!!!!!!!Hard to believe really Does anyone care anymore this is my last time I am reporting this to you ,But be assured if any of these trees fall in the winter from wind etc it will be a different story trees are located between sambrook close and Thornton Road

  • Customer has called in today for an update. Someone from the council has been and looked at the trees but customer has not heard anything further. Customer has paid £150 pest control as squirrels have caused significate damage due to trees draping on to their property.

    Please can we contact cusotmer ASAP regarding the visit and what action is going to be taken and when?
