The owner of Avalon has made an illegal access into his rear garden and is using it as a tip for his business. He is dumping, burying and burning trade waste. Also dumping vehicles and rubbish on council and public land. This has been reported to you already

Abandoned vehicle dumped in layby by owner of Avalon is still there, despite it being over a month and notice placed. This is in residents parking spaces and is making our residental area look like a scrap yard.

How is this still an ongoing issue?? The abandoned van is still firmly rooted in the same place. Soon coming up-to the 6 month anniversary of its arrival.
