Dangerous situation During school drop off 8.40am

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14092273.

At 8.40am 5-7-2022, There where parked vehicles on the pavements on either side of the road forcing children to walk on the road where some cars where reversing into and unaware children where walking there. Other cars where driving along the road casung the children to move towards the cars reversing on to the road. This was all in front of the main entrence of the school from the road.

The current Yellow zig zag needs refreshing, increasing in length and adding to the opposite side of the road, with a sign specifing that parking on the payments is not allowed. The school has plenty of dedicated parking up the road and most spaces do not get used as perents find it esier to park out the front. so there should be no excuse for increasing the risk of a serious accident.
