Drain blocked
Reported via desktop in the Drain blocked category anonymously at 16:19, Thu 30 June 2022
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14091985.
Drain along Beatrice Street is blocked. This is an ongoing problem for the last 3.5 years at least. It is periodically jetted but it still keeps getting blocked. When it floods it splashes into the nearby property through the doors and has damaged interiors. Would it be possible to do some investigation into the drains to see if there are any more serious issues than simply being blocked as it keeps happening and is a serious inconvenience to nearby businesses.

Highways agency came out dug a hole and found out what the problem was which was a boken pipe to the main sewer.they then refilled the hole and tarmaced it over without replacing the broken pipe so the problem is exactly the same as before..... i cannot see the sense in this what an absolute waste of time and taxpayers money.we need this sorting as our building is being re-rendered very soon
