Drain cover is broken and sticking up which is dangerous
Reported via desktop in the Ironwork high/low category anonymously at 08:29, Thu 30 June 2022
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14091919.
The drain cover has been broken, looks like broken in 2, part of it is sticking up dangerously and has its location is so close to a blind bend you have to avoid it and go into on coming traffic. This needs looking at urgently please. I've attached a snapshot from google maps to show the location I don't have a photo of the broken cover.

Thank you for the update. I did notice this morning when I was driving along this road that white lines had been drawn around a drain cover further along the road from the one I had reported and the broken drain had no markings around it at all. It had crossed my mind that you were planning to repair the wrong one but I now assume you're going to repair the broken one which is unmarked and also others along that road?

The damaged drain cover is now more dangerous to avoid since a cone has been placed on top of it along with an arrow sign. its sticking out into the road so much you have to drive even further over into the oncoming traffic right on a blind bend. This is worse than before!!! What timescale do you have to actually fix this problem. this is an accident waiting to happen.
