Sunken drains shaking property
Reported via mobile in the Carriageway surface problem category anonymously at 17:29, Fri 20 May 2022
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14089526.
Due to uneven road surface and sunken drains, the increasing volume of vans, buses and heavy goods vehicles are causing increasingly excessive vibration when bouncing across the drains. This is shaking adjoining property, causing cracks and impacting health and well-being. Surface flooding is also prevalent causing vehicles to splash over the pavement and adjoining property

We have no responses on this at all. Can you please confirm whether the new crossing will address these issues? The vibrations from the constant speeding vans and lorries are becoming unbearable. Would it be possible to supply vibration monitoring equipment please?
