Road surface breaking down, potholes

The road surface between the turning for Beaconsfield lane and heath House Farm has broken down in numerous areas, there has been minimal maintenance in the 13 years we've been at our property, it's causing damage to our vehicles (brakes, suspension, tyres, alloys) and I don't feel safe going on my bike as the road is so uneven.
