Large amount of potholes which have broken down the surface area

This road surface has been bad for a number of years, we moved here in 2009 so at least since then. The road surface is dangerous to ride bikes on, it shakes vehicles and we have all had damage to our cars (brakes, suspension, tyres, alloys) over the years. It has reached a state that it desperately needs resurfacing or at least substantial repairs beyond where the contractors pick a few potholes to repair. PLEASE can this be repaired.
