2x Blocked Gullies- on road in front of Oak Cottage, Middleton Scriven WV16 6AG and is causing flooding. The gullies are blocked and also the catch pit they empty into that is located on the verge. All of them need to be cleaned out. It is causing water to run down the bend like a stream as it is not flowing into the gullies. The pipe under the road between the two gullies also appears to be blocked. This keeps water on the road and is causing a dangerous situation. Can you please get them unblocked? thank you
