Heavy flow of slurry and a flood of slurry on road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14084429.

This afternoon noticed a heavy flowing stream/ditch of slurry which was running down road and which then caused a flood across the road before running off down another field. This was a strong flow and was much more than run off.
