Deer reflectors missing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14082427.

Many years ago posts were erected along the A4169 in Farley, bearing reflectors to deter deer from crossing road at night when headlamps shone on them. All the posts appear to be in situ, but a number of reflectors are missing, rendering them useless. Can they all be checked and repaired as necessary please?

  • As the annual rut approaches, deer are far less cautious - I've seen them crossing roads locally on three occasions in the past week. Without the deterrent reflectors there are sure to be casualties - preventable.
