Overgrown footpath

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14081336.

. Walked this yesterday and had to go into the road to pass another buggy. Cars do not slow down even when you are in the road with a pram, and are doing way above 30. Can anything be done about this please?
