Extensive damage around drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14080987.

There is a drain with extensive damage, the tarmac is crumbing away with large chunks scattered around. Large twigs and branches keep being placed in and around the drain and are potentially caused a driving hazard as they are large enough to cause damage to vehicles
