Gateway issue

Good morning i wish to speak to some one about a gateway that i have reopened recently.

The gateway in question was blocked off by myself 11yrs ago ,the gates remained in place i put some rails across them and it became overgrown

With brambles and vegitation i have since reopened the gateway but moved the gates off the edge of the lane into my property to provide a bellmouth for tractor access (the gates are the same width as before just moved inwards) since opening the entrance back up i have recieved a complaint via your enforcement team informing me i should speak to your selves on this matter ,so i would very much appreciate a phone call from a member of your team
