Several deep large potholes and loose surface

The tight bend on a steep hill has been progressively getting worse over the last 12-18months. It is a relatively high traffic section as it services the primary school and large/heavy farm traffic frequently use it. It is now very dangerous for cyclists and horses, in addition to cars having to move to the inside to navigate the “best” surface coming up which then is a collision risk with cars coming down the hill.

    The road will continue to be regularly inspected. Any defects found to be above the action threshold will be prioritised for repair as per our policy.
