Very poor road condition.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2915154.

This stretch of road is incredibly rutted and potholed.

The road surface is coming away in numerous places.The poor condition of the road continues all the way down the hill to the T junction at the bottom of the hill.

  • The road is getting progressively worse, for everyday cars. If you push to the verge and straddle the centre you will avoid the potholes.

  • Unfortunately the road has yet to be fixed and I doubt it will be anytime soon.

    The road will continue to be regularly inspected. Any defects found to be above the action threshold will be prioritised for repair as per our policy.
