The whole surface is damaged for about 20 m. Its an ongoing problem. No sooner is it fixed then the road breaks. It is very bad for car suspensions

Its an ongoing problem. The road is nrokrn. Whrn it gets fixed it ladts a fee months and goes again. The mud and water runs doen snd collects making bumps. Then potholes form. It needs fixing. Cars hsve to literally stop to get past it.

Our response to a pothole report will depend upon several factors. These include the severity of the defect, how busy the road is and its proximity to other defects or hazards.
We have very limited resources and budget. At times of high demand- such as emergency storm situations- we may take longer to respond than we would prefer.
We are also mindful of other works planned for the road. This includes external contractors or utilities and our long term road renewal program.
Temporary repairs may be applied on very busy roads where special traffic management or further investigation may be needed or in an emergency situation. Repairs may be completed in stages, not all at once.
The road will continue to be regularly inspected as per our policy. If the pothole becomes an imminent danger, please call our customer call centre on 0345 678 9006, giving your report reference number, and the situation can be reassessed.

The work that you advised have been completed has not been, there were work men in the area yesterday around the corner doing some form of work, but not to this stretch of road that i have reported, It is still in a terrible state and cars still have to stop to avoid the potholes or there car getting damaged. Please can you re open this case and address the issue that has been marked on the map as this is the correct location.
